This document describes the general terms of service for ESdesk. The final version will be published before launch.
Data controller
The natural or legal person operating under the ESdesk brand will be specified in BUSINESS_DECISIONS.md. Under EU GDPR / Turkish KVKK we process your personal data for the purposes outlined below.
Processing purposes
Service delivery, account security, billing, customer support, legal obligations and product analytics.
Data sharing
Personal data is shared with service providers (payment, email, cloud infrastructure) only where required by law or with your explicit consent. Cross-border transfers happen only with consent.
Your rights
You can exercise your KVKK Article 11 rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection, etc.) by writing to kvkk@esdesk.com.tr.
