This document describes the general terms of service for ESdesk. The final version will be published before launch.
The service
ESdesk is a software service that lets users share end-to-end encrypted screens and optionally hand over remote control with explicit consent.
Acceptable use
Using the service for unauthorized access, malware distribution or violating third-party privacy is prohibited. All actions are written to the audit log.
Limitation of liability
ESdesk is not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by user misconfiguration. For paid plans, liability is capped at the previous 12 months of subscription fees.
Refund policy
Annual plans are refundable within the first 14 days if usage was minimal. Monthly plans are refunded pro-rata for the accrued period.
